The EnvisionWare Bluetooth Handheld transmits wirelessly to the EnvisionWare Inventory Module. Go anywhere in your library and quickly take inventory in a fraction of the time it would have taken with portable barcode scanners. The system transmits via Bluetooth up to 100 ft from the host system. It measures 9 x 3.9 x 3 inches (230 x 100 x 80mm). Total weight with batteries is just 16 ounces (.45 kg). The rechargeable battery scans 5,000 items over 5 hours on a single charge. The system can be configured for audible detection on/off and offers a multi-state LED to indicate status visually. The speed and efficiency of this solution is peerless. The unit has a read/write range of 7 inches (18cm).
