New Customer Center
Configuration of the new Customer Center continues in preparation for an October launch. Today's Portal where tickets are managed, will be replaced by tomorrow's Customer Center. The new Center offers these exciting capabilities:
Support Case Management - Open and manage your support cases (formerly tickets).
Issue Status - Now you will have complete visibility to any enhancement request or problem issue reported by you. View the information and track the status. You will be automatically notified when an Issue is resolved through a release program.
Update your Customer Record - Manage your customer information in real time.
View Estimates - You can see any Estimates created for you, and even confirm Estimates as an order. Track your maintenance details, and gain full access to your purchase history.
Print a Statement - You can quickly print a statement that shows your purchase and payment history.
View Project Status (Q4) - Once an Implementation is launched, you will be able to track the status of your project from start to finish.
New EnvisionWare LiveChat - LiveChat is being updated with new features and the ability to immediately launch your account record when contacting Support.
The new Customer Center is designed to provide dramatically enhanced visibility to our customers, and to create an easier and faster way to do business with EnvisionWare. The level of access is dependent on your Partner relationship.

New Products
LibraryPDA™ - Version 1.0 of the EnvisionWare LibraryPDA will be released in October. A limited release to some customers is under way. Version 1 supports Barcode Library Cards and RFID item reading or Barcode Card and Barcode Item for:
